This is an original, rolled, Japanese B2 movie poster from 1974 for a theatrical re-release of Casablanca starring Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, Claude Rains, Conrad Veidt, Sydney Greenstreet, Peter Lorre and Paul Henreid. Michael Curtiz directed the classic film.
The poster measures 20 1/4" x 28 5/8" and is in very good to excellent condition with a spot of minor edge wear on the left edge of the poster. It has never been folded. The title of the film has been written with Katakana-style Japanese lettering.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The small, black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1974 to promote a Japanese theatrical re-release of Casablanca, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
