This is an original, rolled, insert theatrical movie poster from 1959 for Blue Denim (also released as Blue Jeans) starring Carol Lynley, Brandon DeWilde, Macdonald Carey, Marsha Hunt, and Warren Berlinger. Philip Dunne directed the teen drama.
The poster measures 14" x 36" and is in very good to excellent, unused condition with minimal wear from previous handling. Unlike most inserts from this period, it has never been folded.
