This is an original, Australian teaser one-sheet movie poster from 1986 for initial, theatrical release of Ran starring Tatsuya Nakadai, Akira Terao, Jinpachi Nezu, Daisuke Ryu, and Mieko Harada. Akira Kurosawa directed the Japanese/French film based on Shakespeare's King Lear.
The poster measures 27" x 40" and is in very good condition with minor creasing along parts of the white edges. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
