This is an original, one-sheet movie poster from 1969 for the initial, X-rated theatrical release of Midnight Cowboy starring Dustin Hoffman, Jon Voight, Brenda Vaccaro, John McGiver, and Sylvia Miles. John Schlesinger directed the classic film based on the novel by James Leo Herlihy.
The poster measures 27” x 41” and is in very good condition with minimal creasing and edge wear from previous handling. It was folded at the time of printing and has a pinhole separation at the top cross-fold. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
