This is an original, linen-backed, international one-sheet movie poster from 1981 for An American Werewolf in London starring David Naughton, Jenny Agutter, Griffin Dunne, John Woodvine, and Frank Oz. John Landis directed the comedic horror film
The poster was printed in the United States for use in theaters outside the country and features different artwork compared to the domestic one sheet. It measures 25” x 39.5” (this is the original size and it has not been trimmed) and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. It was in very good condition prior to backing with pinholes in the corners from theatrical display, minor edge and fold wear, and some light, scattered surface creases from handling and storage. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after restoration. The poster is now in excellent condition. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you will receive). It is not a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
